Elizabeth Eastlund
Elizabeth Eastlund, MSW, has 24 years of non-profit, organizational leadership experience, is a fierce advocate for persons with lived experience, and has been engaged in social justice activism for over three decades. Beginning her social work career working on Skid Row in Los Angeles, housing is one of her passions, as is ensuring justice and support for those who have experienced the trauma of homelessness, addictions, and gender-based violence. With a strong foundation in harm reduction, Elizabeth is an expert in trauma informed care, building and evaluating survivor centered programs, and influencing public policy to center survivors needs. Elizabeth is one of the founding members of the LA Domestic Violence Homeless Services Coalition (DVHSC), and the former executive director of Rainbow Services, a domestic violence organization providing shelter and support services to survivors of intimate partner violence. Elizabeth has extensive experience coordinating community efforts to increase and support survivors’ safe housing options.

Elizabeth currently supports the DVHSC as part of the Advisory Team, sits on the Advisory Board for A Window Between Worlds, continues to advise Trauma Informed Los Angeles (TILA) and works as Special Advisor for Enfuse Action Collective.
